    Light the tip until it flames, blow out the flame so it smoulders with a red ember, then place it in a suitable heat-resistant holder in a well-ventilated area for aromatherapy, meditation, or to create a calming home ambiance, enjoying the natural fragrance.

    To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.

    Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a Eurofins Laboratory (document is available here)

    For indoor use: yes—they’re designed for indoor spaces, but as with all incense, you should ensure good ventilation (especially in smaller rooms) and avoid direct inhalation of smoke streams.

    After the stick finishes, dispose of the ash safely.
